HHS DSS Main - broken iphone screen

Sydnee's iphone screen is cracked. Can we check to see if her phone is eligible for upgrade? She has an iphone 7.

    I don’t see it on my phone. It shows in the App Store but of course I cannot download it myself!

    In the apps on the phone, see if you have the Verizon backup assist app. If not, I'll see if I can send to the phone.

    Hi Sydnee,

    Your replacement phone has arrived. Please call us at x6045 to schedule a time to pick-up your new phone. In the meantime, you can use the Verizon backup assistant to save any of your content on the phone and we can restore to the new phone.
