911 - DCI not working on the CADs

DCI is not working on the CAD machines. The State did an update this morning and it hasn't worked right since then.

After opening a ticket with CentralSquare their remarks were the dispatchers have to logon to NCIC every time they log into Zuercher. This is not normal for our dispatchers, however apparently every so often they will be logged off of NCIC and will have to manually log back in.

To log back into NCIC manually. Select the State/NCIC Query shortcut > New State/NCIC Query > Logon Request.
