Dear valued ServTracker Customer,


It has come to our attention that Microsoft is ending support for some server operating systems, and currently your server environment is one that will be affected by this. This will not result in any loss of access or service, but it is something we want to address as quickly as possible. To be proactive we are going to prioritize your migration to our new Microsoft Azure hosting facilities. We really need your attention and support to make this happen within the suggested dates that we provide. Please be aware your migration has been scheduled for January 25th – 26th, 2020. There are a few things you will want to do prior to the migration. Please review the attached documents, which include testing instructions and various other things that will change after the migration.


To ensure our deadline remains on schedule we don’t have a lot of flexibility in rescheduling this migration. These changes will better align the ServTracker® infrastructure for increased growth and flexibility in the future including more scalable, secure, performance-efficient storage. You will no longer be "married" to one server. The new server environment is load balanced and, if for some reason yours goes down, all you do is simply log back in and you'll be rerouted to another available server.


We appreciate your support during this transition and are grateful for what you do for your local community. If you have any questions or require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
